This grill’s dual burners give you two sources of heat in one unit. There are 145 square inches of enameled cooking space.

We love our portable and  light this grill is for camping and surprisingly sturdy for how light it is. It can cook up a meal for a family but small enough to pack for a trip and not drag you down.

How it performs

The grill is very simple and straight forward. Does a good job of getting hot but could possible struggle in the durability department with how light it is down the road.

Just keep in mind that you can’t control the temperature of a gas burner, so in general you have to work a little harder to have an evenly-cooked meal on grills if you’re concerned with having little rooms.

Highlights:

  • Excellent portability and light
  • Fast heating time
  • Low price for output
  • In exchange for how light the grill is durability could be an issue down the road

If you’re in the market for a grill, be sure to consider this BBQ titan. With its advanced burner technology, the grill has precise temperature control.

This large grill has plenty of space to cook, and it’s very easy to set up with sturdy wheels and legs that fold quickly.

A built-in thermometer lets you monitor your grilling accurately. It even lights with matchless push-button ignition. Best of all, it carries a 3-year limited warranty.

One of our favorite features of this grill is its aluminum transport stand, this can really be a game changer if you’re not sure what surface you’ll be cooking on.

How it performs

Although this grill is on the heavy side, its still portable especially if you’re going to be set up in a camp site for some time or its going in your RV.

This grill feels more like normal patio grill than a portable grill we really enjoyed it. The only downside we didn’t like is cleaning the grill feels like its needed more frequently compared to other grills.

Highlights:

  • 3 nicely powered burners
  • Transportation is easy, designed to pull like a suitcase like rolling luggage
  • Cast iron top has swappable sides so you can cook different things on it

The Char-Broil Portable Gas Grill 240 is the perfect go-to grill for those who love to cook outdoors.

This grill features a 9,500 BTU burner and 240 square inches of cooking space, enough to prepare for 6 to 8 burgers at a time.

There are two durable handles on the side that allow customers to easily carry it and move it around. It also has a temperature gauge on the top of the lid so customers can monitor the heat of their food easily.

It’s designed to take a small 1 pound propane tank but you can purchase an adapter to use larger tanks if you would like.

How it performs

This isn’t the most powerful and biggest grill we covered but we think its a great option for sudden cook outs or stopping on the side of the road to cook some fast lunch.

We really enjoyed the stability of this grill especially for the price.

Highlights:

  • Nice sturdy legs to sit it on any surface
  • Transportation is easy since its so small aand light
  • Designed for small portable propane tanks
  • Temperature gauge built in the top
  • Very affordable

How it performs

This grill feels like a jack of all trades, you basically have a mini kitchen with the grill and having a stove top burner on the side to let you heat beans, chili, or any liquids on the side while you cook your meat or veggies.

This is one of our favorites that we have in our own garage.

To throw in a last option for people that need a gas cooktop we chose this Camplux version with wind guards.

Portable and lightweight, this gas cooktop stove eliminates concerns of weight and space restrictions.

It has a stainless steel surface that is seamless, so food doesn’t fall in the cracks and burners that sit flush with the stainless steel surface. Because these are built-in, they’re great for outdoor kitchens, RVs, and outdoor picnics.

Wind guards help to keep burns from going out during cooking time and the covers secure securely to the surface.

Dimensions: 18.5″ x 13″ x 4.5″. Powerful 7,200 BTU burner with 5,200 BTU secondary burner.

How it performs

We really like this option as an additional add on to your grill. For a big family like ours we like the extra burners since we use them just as much as a grill.

While the metal sides feel a little flimsy we think this is great add on to the campsite kitchen.

Conclusions

We gave several wonderful grilling options along with we a stove top we personally have had success with. For us, we try stick to well known brands that have a great reputation and will last for years to come.

All of the options are great and you can’t go wrong with any but vary somewhat on price and size depending on your needs.
